Escrow payments
When you join a deal and it reaches its supplier award stage, your payment is held in escrow — it never goes directly to the supplier. The funds are released only after you confirm delivery or after a 7-day auto-completion window if no dispute is raised. If anything goes wrong, your money is protected.
Supplier verification
Every supplier on CircleBuy goes through a verification process before they can bid on deals. We check GST registration, business address, and track record. Suppliers display a GST Verified badge once cleared. Elite suppliers undergo an additional quality audit including past delivery completion rate and buyer review history.
Dispute resolution
If a delivery doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn't match what was promised, you can raise a dispute within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and resolves within 5 business days — either issuing a full refund to your wallet or releasing payment to the supplier, depending on the findings.
Platform guarantee
CircleBuy guarantees that if a verified supplier fails to deliver and a dispute is raised, you will receive a full refund to your CircleBuy wallet regardless of the outcome with the supplier. We chase recovery from the supplier separately. Your community's trust is our business.
